Boordevol sterke synthpop hits.
Dit album verdient een nominatie.
Ook al waren ze hoofdzakelijk een hitgroep.

03. The Jesus and Mary Chain - Darklands
Het album dat ik het eerst leerde kennen van deze groep.
Samen met het debuut toch wel een heel fraai duo.

04. UB40 - The Best of UB40 - Volume 1
Vaak verguisde 80s reggae. Maar toch goed
voor heel wat lekkere singles. De CD versie heeft
bonustracks uit de beginperiode van de groep.

05. The Pretenders - The Singles
Van sommige bands volstaan hitcompilaties.
The Pretenders is een goed voorbeeld.
I'll Stand by You kwam pas in 1994.
