Tja, zo noem ik mijn favoriete genre in de hiphop meestal. Artiesten als Common, Blackalicious, Jurassic 5 etc.
Hiphop met een beetje funk, beetje soul.

zeer herkenbaar
Kanye West is op sommige momenten toch ook wel zeer soulfull.
Beanie Sigel; de meeste mensen vinden er nx aan maar ik vind het geweldig, vooral de nummers 'Feel it in the Air' en 'Purple Rain' dan
en dan ook nog Pete Philly & Perquisite

Whodni zeker checken zij hebben in de vroegen 80's de Soul hiphop uit gevonden.

Ik ben niet zo'n grote hiphop luisteraar. Maar als ik hier zo de namen voorbij zie komen is het vooral de hiphop in deze groep die ik luister. Heb maar 7 hiphopalbums in de kast staan.
Jurassic 5, Blackalicious, Common, Little Brother, Cee-Lo, Ghostface Killa en The Roots.
