Vreemd, maar toch lekker album. Meng melodieuze Death met een Black-achtige krijs (en wat "cleane" zang) en doe er een hele lading Industrial over. 47 minuten laten borrelen (u hoeft niet stipt te zijn), en voilà, u hebt Cypher van ...And Oceans.
Het schijnt vroeger een Black Metalband geweest te zijn, die is doorgeschakeld naar Industrial Metal. Na dit album besloot de band met een schone lei te beginnen onder de naam Havoc Unit (dat ik overigens niet ken).
Favoriet op deze plaat: Melting the Skies.
