De meest complete compilatie van Patsy Cline tot op heden. Deze boxset bevat vrijwel alle nummers die zij - in haar veel te korte leven - heeft opgenomen, aangevuld met enkele live tracks. De enige (studio-)opnames die ontbreken zijn:

"Hidin' Out" (in 1955 uitgebracht als single door het Coral-platenlabel)
"I Cried all the Way to the Altar (opgenomen op 5 januari 1956)
"Dear God" (opgenomen op 22 april 1956)
"He Will Do for You" (opgenomen op 22 april 1956)
"Fingerprints" (opgenomen op 24 april 1957)
"A Stranger in my Arms" (de B-kant van de Decca single "Three Cigarettes in an Ashtray") (mede geschreven door Cline zelf)
"I Don't Wanna" (de Decca-single versie, deze boxset bevat een eerder opgenomen versie voor Coral)
"Ain't No Wheels on this Ship" (opgenomen op 23 mei 1957)
