Dit is een prachtige fantasy-soundtrack van Trevor Jones. Orkestrale bombast, leitmotiv en originele keuzes maken dit album tot één van de mooiste soundtracks in het genre.

De 2-CD versie, waarbij de complete score op disc 2 staat, is ook zeer de moeite waard, maar de enkele disc bevat alle hoogtepunten en is een ietwat makkelijkere luisterervaring.
