Een van de betere platen van deze ex-gitarist van The Saints. Bij de eerste oplage zit een bonus-CD ("death to the howdy-doody brigade") met de eerste 11 nummers in de originele akoestische versies zonder overdubbs, het twaalfde nummer (getiteld: number 10!) is extra. Live kan deze gitaarfreak behoorlijk te keer gaan, zijn soloplaten echter kun je ook op de achtergrond tijdens een gesprek opzetten. Het ruigere elektrische werk bewaart hij vooral voor zijn sideproject The Aints. (Een verwijzing naar The Saints, die zonder hem onder leiding van Chris Bailey verder gingen)
