Prachtig doorgecomponeerd werk van Ástor Piazzolla waarin hij met relatief weinig melodisch materiaal alsnog een rijk, gevarieerd verhaal weet te vertellen. En sedert Wong Kar-Wai's 'Happy Together' is 'Tango Apacionado' uiteraard nooit meer hetzelfde...
