Dit is het eerste deel van een serie die bestaat uit 5 delen, vol met break beats & grooves uit de Atlantic and Warner archieven. Je vindt hier dus een flink aantal lekkere, heerlijke en/of (erg) goede groovy songs. Dit eerste deel swingt de pan uit, vol met nummers uit de tijdsperiode 1967-1975. Het zijn voornamelijk jazz-funk, funk of soul nummers. Dit eerste deel staat overvol met erg fijne songs. Het is dan ook niet te doen om favorieten aan te wijzen. Hoewel de eerste vier nummers wel erg fijn zijn.
