Een prachtige en zeer complete box set met alle BBC opnames die men in de archieven heeft kunnen achterhalen. Ook opnames die door fans zijn gemaakt hebben een plaats gekregen in deze collectie, al laat de geluidskwaliteit van die opnames wel wat te wensen over. Voor de Kinks fans die echt alles willen hebben. Voor de mensen die genoeg hebben aan de essentials is een dubbel CD uitgebracht.

Geweldig document met heerlijke Kinks-opnamen. Vooral de concertopnamen uit de jaren '70 vind ik super. "Victoria" met de blazerssectie swingt als een tiet, en tracks als "Here Comes Another Day", "Demolition", "He's Evil" en "Here Comes Flash" knallen een eindje weg. Maar er valt zoveel te genieten op deze box. Kraakhelder geluid (behalve dan op die bootlegopnames van de vijfde cd).
