Squeeze - Excess Moderation (1996)

Prima verzamel cd van deze leuke Britse band. Het beste gedeelte vind ik het tweede gedeelte van de 1ste cd, zeg maar vanaf 15 tot en met 21 incl mijn grote favoriet Squabs on Forty Fab (wat een soort variatie is op Stars on 45). Uiteraard is met de rest niets mis (wat te denken van de topper I Think I'm Go Go. Tempted noem ik bewust niet want daarvan vind de versie van de schrijver en kort lid van Squeeze Paul Carrack zelf zingt eigenlijk beter. Het grootste gemis is Pulling Mussels From the Shell welke dan wel in die Squabs "medley" opduikt maar niet als losse track.
