Wat een verzamelaar is dit. Thom Bell maakte samen met Kenny Gamble en Leon Huff deel uit van de big three of Philly-soul. Begin jaren zeventig was hij op het top van zijn kunnne. Hij was een klassiek geschoolde arrangeur die onder andere hetbklavecimbel introduceerde in de soul. Dit is het vervolg op ready or not en eigenlijk een must have voor alle northern soulliefhebbers.
