prachtig vormgegeven 6-cd box weer van Rhino
en alle info over de nrs staat op 144 aparte speelkaarten!

Sam Cooke & Sly Stone ontbreken vanwege licentieproblemen

Vandaag binnengekregen! Weliswaar tweedehands, maar perfect onderhouden. Eerst was dit mijn mooiste boxset (vormgegeven als een hoedendoos, inclusief touwtje, de cd's zitten in neppoederdoosjes en het boekje met informatie heeft de vorm van een dagboek), maar die komt nu op de tweede plaats. Beg, Scream & Shout! is vormgegeven als een koffertje voor 45 toeren-singletjes (met klemmetje!), met daarin zes als 45 toeren singles verpakte cd's, een dun boekje van hetzelfde formaat en een set van 146 speelkaarten, voor elk van de tracks één, plus nog twee extra kaarten voor respectievelijk Sam Cooke en Sly & The Family Stone (van wie, zoals shinybeast al zei nummers ontbreken vanwege licentieproblemen). Alleen al in de opzet geniaal!

Goed dit is hem dus de Ultieme Soul Box......................

Schitterend vorm gegeven en heel representatief voor de 60's soul alle stromingen en labels zijn hier vertegenwoordigd en niet aleen de bekende nummers maar ook de minder bekende..........

Als je de perfectie 60's Soul Box wil hebben is dit hem....... Echter er is 1 klein probleempje deze box is niet meer nieuw te verkrijgen en een compleet exemplaar op de 2e hands markt is moeilijk te vinden en meestal behoorlijk prijzig..........

Dit is dus niet aleen een geweldige box maar ook een waar collecters item............

Ben er dan ook erg blij mee dat ik deze in de collectie heb staan..........

Voor zo iets bijzonders kan ik natuurlijk niet anders dan het maximale aantal ***** geven 5* dus voor deze fantastische Box
