Opvallend:
- Fuck Buttons stijgt 94 plaatsen, wat bijna het absolute maximum is als niet-nieuwkomer
- Highway Star staat al voor het derde jaar op rij op 71. Dat wordt nog gekker als je weet dat het nummer geschreven is in '71. Naast Deep Purple is enkel New Gold Dream ook al drie jaar stationair, maar wel op 1.

Verder een mooie lijst. Wel jammer van die grote stijging.

Ook opvallend dat nou net dat Stevie Wonder-nummer zo hoog staat. Wordt over het algemeen afgedaan als één van zijn mindere liedjes, zeker door de fans.

Volledige top 250 vind je hier

Zoals ieder jaar staat Year of the Cat bovenaan. Het is de standaard waarmee ik ieder ander nummer vergelijk. Inmiddels ergens tussen de 700 en 800 keer beluisterd, denk ik en betovert me keer op keer. Wat dat betreft ben ik met mijn top 25 à 50 redelijk conservatief. Nummers die ik honderden keren gehoord heb en waarvan ik weet dat ze nooit zullen vervelen. Toch vinden we in de top 13 3 binnenkomers. Waarbij ik dat bij Blind Curve al na de eerste keer horen aankondigde. Paranoid Android noemde ik in het begin één van mijn favorieten van OK Computer, zonder dat ik eigenlijk wist waarom. Ditzelfde gebeurde met Lullaby van Low. Die zette ik in de juni-editie van dit jaar in mijn top 250 (op 211), zonder dat ik wist waarom. Inmiddels weet ik dat wel en volgend jaar zal die zeker weten in de top 100 staan (nu op 119).

Verder een grote opkomst van Sigur Rós (nieuw op 30, 67, 73 en 160), een Supertramp-revolutie (111 naar 44 voor A Soapbox Opera, Don't Leave Me Now nieuw op 63, Rudy van 177 naar 84, Crime of the Century nieuw op 93, Child of Vision nieuw op 133) en 3 keer Marillion nieuw binnen in de top 50 (op 13, 39 en 50).

Wat niet veranderd is, is het aantal oudgedienden. Nummers als Beat It, God Only Knows en Take It to the Limit staan nog altijd bovenaan. Zie dit ook niet snel veranderen.

Inderdaad, dat lijkt me een typisch geval van 'populair hier op de site'...

Nu heb ik geen idee wat een (finale van) MuMeladder is (dus ik zie graag een uitleg ), maar in mijn beleving is er geen grote groep op MuMe die dit aanhangt. Die beleving kan dus door mijn gebrek aan kennis van de MuMeladder helemaal onterecht zijn...

Zo! Ik denk niet dat ik ooit een top 10/25 gezien die zo dicht tegen die van mij aan ligt!

Ik moet zeggen dat er best wat nummers in jouw toplijst zitten, waar ik zelf ook nog over getwijfeld had!

De MuMeLadder is een spelletje waarbij we het hele jaar door stemmen om uiteindelijk tot een Top 2000 te komen. Troy haalde de Top32, ofwel de finale. De lijst van vorig jaar is hier te vinden, die van dit jaar wordt nu hier bekokstoofd.

Vanaf nu ga ik een half jaarlijkse top 100 lijst bijhouden, ik heb zelf een top 250 gemaakt. Maar plaats hier alleen de top 100. Als je de hele top 250 nog wil zien dan moet je maar pm'en.
