Er bestaan meerdere artworks voor deze ep, elk door een andere artiest gemaakt:

Deze werd gemaakt door Chris Smith:
Smith's coloured approach depicts the inquisitor as a hermit, who, much like jesus, went out to the wilderness himself, before wising up: "I too have been in the wilderness, I too lived on roots and locusts, I too prized the freedom with which Thou hast blessed us… But I awakened and would not serve madness."

Deze werd gemaakt door Dawid Piprek:
Piprek's stark pencil-drawing captures the smug, authoritative gesture of the grand inquisitor, holding his hands over the cathedral of Seville.

Deze werd gemaakt door Christian Brix:
Christian Brix (Dresden, Germany) has visualized the lyrics to "The Grand Inquisitor III - A Tiny Grain of Faith". His drawing shows the face of the non-believer, in who the devil has planted the seed of faith. The Holy Trinity is represented by 3 pairs of acorns in the left half of the picture, which form the 3 corners of a triangle.

Deze werd gemaakt door Carl Whitbread:
Carl Whitbread from Sydney, Australia has visualized the lyrics to "The Grand Inquisitor IV: Exclusion From Redemption" in an old etching style. The front cover shows the Grand Inquisitor himself with his hands holding and protecting a sphere with people dancing, which represents the Inquisitor's vision of his protection of humanity by taking away their freedom, therefore keeping them happy and ignorant. On the back, is Jesus. The same sphere appears in between his hands, but this time contains an image of people in a fire, representing the Inquisitor's vision of what Jesus has done to humanity by allowing freedom.

Ik vind persoonlijk die van Christian Brix de mooiste, maar ik vind ze allemaal best wel knap.
