Zo leg deze maar onder de kerstboom. Alle singels a en b kant die dit label in hun roerige jaar 1968 heeft uitgebracht.

Niet verkeerd, ware het niet dat ik de box heb met alle Stax singles. Maar 1968 is natuurlijk een prima souljaar.

Als je het over The Complete Stax-Volt Singles 1959-1968 (1991) hebt ben je onvolledig wat 1968 aangaat die box loopt maar tot april 1968 (25 april om precies te zijn) met Johnnie Taylor - I Ain't Particular nr. 43 van deze box. Je moet dus ook in het bezit zijn van The Complete Stax-Volt Soul Singles Volume 2: 1968-1971 (1993) om The Stax Singles 1968 compleet te hebben. En als je dan deze 2 boxen hebt dan nog heb je maar de helft van wat hier op staat, op de eerder genoemde boxen staan alleen de a-sides en deze bevat zowel de a- als ook de b-side.

Of spreek je op een andere box???? Maar naar mijn weten is er geen box die van alle Stax/Volt singles zowel de a- als b-side bevatten.

Deze voegt echt wel wat toe.

Bedankt thelion! Inderdaad staan op 'the complete Stax-Volt Singles 1 & 2' niet de b-sides, dus dit heeft wel degelijk meerwaarde.
