Op Black Snow hebben de heren uit Duistland bewezen dat je ook met redelijke rappers een geweldig album kan maken. Maar er komen nog een hoop gastartiesten op (o.a. Reef, King Syze en Sicknature), dus zal wel goedkomen.

"We about to release two albums this year, first on may 26th: Snowgoons presents Savage Brothers & Lord Lhus - A Fist In The Thought featuring Reef, King Syze, Viro The Virus, Brainstorm, Sicknature, Planet X and Sean Price. And then fall 09: The Trojan Horse featuring the whole underground hiphop scene. Both albums will be released on babygrande records."

Tss, ik kreeg ook een maand geleden persoonlijk bericht van de heren via MySpace over de geplande albums, maar toen kreeg ik maar een iets beperkter antwoord :
we about to release a new album with savage brothers and lord lhus in may 09, and then a album later this year. the new instrumental album is out next week.
but basicly read our blog - there u will find all updates!

De eerste single van het Trojan Horse album is uit. Hey Young World met La Coka Nostra en Heltah Skeltah, zelf vind ik de track wat tam, maar Ruck komt er wel heel dope op.

Héél goed nieuws en minder goed nieuws:

We wanna let everybody know that DJ Waxwork is not longer a part of the Snowgoons Crew. To make it clear there is no beef and no hate. After workin for a couple years now with he Waxwork just feel to do steps on his own and he got the feeling he grow out of the Snowgoons sound.

We all in this music biz for the love to the music and not for the money or the fame.

So we respect Waxworks decision and wish him the best on his further carrier.

He will have a new website up soon!

We promise that the lost of Waxwork will not effeckt the Snowgoons sound. Actually

we deceide to work with our brother Sicknature closer on the music and he is officialy a family memeber now but not in the Snowgoons. None the less we already workin on some beats together and mixing the classic Snowgoons sound with the slamin Sicknature trademark! So ever song produced by Sicknature or Snowgoons will be produced for Snowgoons MuSick!....

Watch out for the Krush Unit vs Snowgoons album, Snowgoons and Reef album, Savage Brothers & Lord Lhus ''The Iron Fist'' album (A Fist In The Thought Pt 2), Snowgoons, Sicknature & Freestyle album droppin all in 2010! The next straight Snowgoons album will come early 2011!

Ik verheug me er op. Ik hoop dat de meeste albums weer die lekker opzwepende Snowgoons sound á la Black Snow krijgen i.p.v de wat tammere sound van The Trojan Horse.

Over the past months Lord Lhus steadily drove himself into a very negative relation and position with many well respected artists throughout the Hip Hop community that unfortunately led to the incident at a Toronto Hip Hop show. The current situation about the Lord Lhus beef with many of our affiliated music friends force us to disassociate our name and label with him straight away due to his conflicts with our people, and our people’s people from all over.

We cant accept that lord lhus includes our name and brand in beef and rumors that get spread over the internet. Lord Lhus represented himself in a way that appears to people that he was actually part of the Snowgoons which was never the case.

Lord Lhus is a talented artist but he needs to learn to show respect and humble himself especially when commenting and posting things about other artists or people. If he acts disrespectful (which he did) he has to take sole responsibility for his action.

We’re all in a small Hip Hop community and our effort and goal is always to connect and build with people in a positive way. It’s sad that it have to end this way but it is lord lhus own sole responsibility and we never were and never will be a part of his movement.

Snowgoons and Sicknature drop Lord Lhus with immediate effect and close the cooperation with Lord Lhus on any future projects.

Erg jammer, maar gezien ik altijd al heb gedacht dat Lhus een beetje een gekkie is is het meer dan begrijpelijk. Zijn toch wel wat dingen gebeurd waar ik niks van had meegekregen.

Wow Lord Lhus is het goed aan het verpesten dus. Zonder de Snowgoons zal zijn muziek een stuk minder geluisterd worden.

Oobe (die hier ook op MuMe zit) wordt er op verschillende sites van beschuldigt te stoken tussen rappers en de carrière van Lhus kapot te willen maken.

Had ik ook gelezen ja, ik zal eens gaan informeren bij haar .

Edit: het lijkt erop dat er veel leugens zijn verspreid door haar . Het leek me ook al heel onwaarschijnlijk dat IT, Diabolic, Vinnie Paz (die wat minder) en Beast 1333 (die door niemand serieus wordt genomen) op die track zouden komen. Die zogenaamde press release is dus fake en door Oobe zelf geplaatst, zoals wel meer dingen: o.a. beef veroorzaken tussen Sick Since en Canibus, Canibus en Royce, posten op diverse fora onder diverse namen (die zijn achterhaald via IP-nummers) en meerdere YouTube-accounts.
