Let’s start with an appetizer: You may all know this already, Andrew is starting his new album and will be spending much of 2008 in the recording studio. This will mean that this will be a much quieter year in the live shows department, but we will make it up to you with some live films and recordings and unexpected things throughout the year.

En hij geeft ook nog eens een optreden in Nederland! 25 november om precies te zijn, in Amsterdam! Dat wordt kaartjes halen

Je moet nu heel snel zijn geloof ik. Was 't zelf een beetje vergeten. Op Paradiso staat dat 't al uitverkocht is, maar gelukkig kon ik net op ticketmaster nog net 'n kaartje bemachtigen.

Ik was ook verbaast dat het al zo snel uitverkocht zou zijn. Gelukkig heb ik mijn kaartjes al een paar weken binnen

Natural Disaster was echt prachtig

Dat klinkt alsof het weer een top avond was. Wat had ik daar graag bij willen zijn

Hihi, dat wordt wellicht ook een 'Gezelligheid concert' op 15 november in Paradiso:

We are excited to announce a few very unique shows in Minneapolis and Chicago, which we are calling the "Gezelligheid concerts" - these will be solo, mostly instrumental shows in acoustically lovely churches, and should be wonderfully uplifting and comforting concerts as we head into the cold and dark winter. If you are wondering what the word Gezelligheid means, it is a Dutch word for "intensely cosy" which doesn't have a perfect translation in English - but it's a warm and amicable atmosphere where everybody is cheerful and happy. As always, we are running low-surcharge pre-sales for these shows starting today (links below), and then the "regular" onsale date will be Oct 23 for Minneapolis and November 7 for Chicago. Both cities will also have tickets available for no/low surcharges at in person locations. Check the shows page for additional details.
