Ik denk dat de rest meer albumliefhebber is, maar ik vind dit soort singlelijstjes prachtig. Het mogen wat mij betreft ook singles zijn die niet in het Hitdossier staan.

Ik ben ook veel meer albumliefhebber maar in die tijd kocht ik nog af en toe singles (naast albums) en luisterde ik nog vaak naar de Veronica Top-40, Avro's Toppop en de BRT-Top 30. Toen waren hitsingles nog belangrijk, nu bijna niet meer.

Overigens koop ik al 20 jaar geen singles meer, de meeste hierboven opgesomde nummers heb ik op de reguliere albums of compilaties van de desbetreffende artiesten (op CD), enkele (Amanda Lear, The Shirts) op een hitcompilatie van de jaren '70.

Ik was in de 70's als jochie al nummers aan het opnemen bij Veronica's Top 40 met mijn cassetteradiootje; veel singles die ik mooi vond nam ik met gespittste oortjes op (zoveel mogelijk gepraat voorkomen op de cassette door de DJ)'.
Zelf singles kopen deed ik pas eind jaren 70: ik ben ongeveer een halve generatie later ter wereld gekomen, LucM.

Zelf nam ik in de jaren '70 ook steeds nummers op mijn bandopnemer van Veronica's Top 40 en de BRT Top 30. Met dat gepraat van die DJ's tijdens de intro's was het wel moeilijk op die nummers op te nemen.
Pas tegen eind jaren '70 nadat ik een platenspeler had kocht ik zelf singles en LP's, eerst sporadisch (ik moest het met mijn zakgeld doen) maar vanaf ong. 1983 begon ik pas goed LP's te verzamelen en sinds 1991 enkel full CD's (nu heb ik er ruim 2000).
