In 1975 binnengekomen in die lijst, vermoedelijk is de film toen voor het eerst op de Nederlandse TV uitgezonden.

Wat ontdekkingen betreft helaas een iets teleurstellende editie. Veel van de onbekendere nummers bleken toch redelijk voorspelbare dertien-in-een-dozijn filmmuziek. De meest voorname uitzonderingen zijn La Califfa, wat ik wel erg mooi vond, en de twee nummers uit Nuovo Cinema Paradiso, dus jammer dat die de finale niet gehaald hebben. Nu is het natuurlijk ook moeilijk te tippen aan de iconische muziek van de Dollar trilogie en Once Upon a Time in the West, dus niet zo verrassend dat veel daarvan gewoon bovenaan staat. Ik mis nog wel de muziek uit de ontknoping van For a Few Dollars More (het nummer heet ook la Resa dei Conti geloof ik? Ietwat verwarrend), maar kende verder gewoon niet genoeg van Morricone om zelf te nomineren in ronde 1. Toch bleef er genoeg over om een mooie top 10 in te leveren.
