Geïnspireerd door de Rolling Stones jaren ’70 KO van Zack gaan we nu voor eens en voor altijd de beste Prince-nummers uit de jaren ’90 bepalen.

Criteria: remixen heb ik erbuiten gelaten. Bij twijfel (bv. Gangster Glam en consorten) heb ik soms een subjectief oogje dichtgeknepen. De nummers uit de jaren ’80 die op Crystal Ball staan doen niet mee. Love… Thy Will Be Done juist weer wél. Exodus doet niet mee, New Power Soul wél. Pink Cashmere en Nothing Compares 2 U niet. En de Purple Medley valt overal buiten!
