3-1, het omhoog/omlaag willen stemmen van nummers is toegestaan, maar mijn voorkeur heeft toch om eerst de lijst vol te krijgen. Wat natuurlijk niet betekent dat we de top 20 zoals hij nu is heel lang zal blijven staan, maar dat men er af en toe nog aan denkt om nieuwe nummers toe te voegen.
