Mijn favoriete live-band is aan de beurt. De platen van Yo La Tengo zijn altijd onderhoudend, maar voor the real thing moet je deze multi-instrumentalisten écht een keer in de zaal zien. Yo La tengo is waarschijnlijk de enige band die ik ooit zag waarbij ik me halverwege het optreden afvroeg waarom er geen stoeltjes in de zaal waren geplaatst, om mezelf aan het eind in de mosh-pit terug te vinden. Onnavolgbaar indeed.
