Anyway, het antwoord op de vraag of er wel of niet verandert dient te worden dient gegeven te worden aan de hand van wat we beschouwen als de beste manier om tot een representatieve lijst te komen niet aan de hand van de vraag welke platen bevooroordeeld en welke benadeeld worden.

Het voordeel is dat het probleem 'grotendeels' wegvalt waarbij sommige mensen onderin hun lijst niet de moeite nemen om platen daadwerkelijk te rangschikken. -> Meer correcte weergave van de eindstand

Het nadeel is dat de totale invloed per user minder groot wordt en er zijn ook mensen die graag wel alle platen willen en kunnen rangschikken. -> De eindstand is minder gepreciseerd.

Ok, jouw 2e lijst komt overeen met mijn eerste. Ik heb geen idee wat jouw eerste lijst precies voorstelt.

Misschien een getrapte schaal waarbij zowel aan het begin als aan het einde de verschillen steeds groter worden? Dit houdt in dat het zowel bovenin als onderin belangrijk wordt te rangschikken.

Ik vermoed dat juist in het midden de willekeur toe slaat. Juist boven- en onderin verwacht ik dat de meeste mensen voor zichzelf wel een duidelijk beeld hebben welke er echt uitspringen, zowel in positief als negatief opzicht.

Hetzelfde als de tweede, maar dan met de puntentelling 32 t/m 8 i.p.v. 25 t/m 1. Hierdoor wordt het aantal keer dat een nummer genoemd wordt extra benadrukt. Het nadeel van 25 t/m 1 is dat 10 keer plek 25 gelijk staat aan 1 keer plek 16. Meteen ook een nadeel van het huidige systeem vind ik. Hoewel het daar veel minder uitmaakt, omdat iedereen toch alle nummers moet rangschikken.

Punt is echter dat het weinig daadwerkelijk toevoegt aan het huidige systeem, in termen van veranderingen. Daardoor je de vraag kan stellen of je het niet ingewikkelder moet maken dan het is.

In de hoop dat men dan onderin wél gaat rangschikken, omdat het belangrijker wordt. Wat kan mij het schelen of een nummer 1 of 4 punten krijgt als het bovenin om 10 keer zoveel punten gaat?

10 mensen die het waard vinden om een nummer op te nemen in hun lijst hebben wat mij betreft toch wel wat meer weging dan één persoon ook en 9 personen die het het blijkbaar niet waard vonden. Als de puntentelling 25-1 wordt, heb ik veel liever het gewone systeem met 32-1. 25-1 zou alleen maar een ander puntensysteem aannemen zijn om maar een andere eindlijst te krijgen.

Wat een drukte met die punten; het gaat toch goed zo ? Zo precies komt het toch allemaal niet.
