Hoewel ze alom bejubeld worden, vind ik Shadows Fall nooit overweldigend. Instrumentaal zit het zeer strak, maar de zang vind ik vaak ondermaats en zelfs irritant.
Het is spijtig, want er zit veel potentieel in deze band.
'The Power of I and I', tevens een single, is echter wel een overtuigend stukje metal.

Lekker doorstauwend album.
Vooral Inspiration on Demand is heel tof.

Heerlijk modern klinkende metal. Beetje in het straatje van In Flames. 10 sterke nummers.
