Bij Barclay James Harvest - Time Honoured Ghosts (1975):
Daarna hebben ze ook wel goede albums gemaakt maar ik mis toch woolly wolstenholme op de latere b.j.h. albums. 1997 zijn ze gestopt. Mel Pritchard is in 2004 overleden Wooly Wolstenholme heeft 13 December 2010 een eind aan zijn leven gemaakt.

Triest verhaal van Wolstenholme . Hij was de laatste jaren weer op tour met John Lees .

Hij heeft ook wel hele mooie nummers geschreven en uitgevoerd de beste met B.J.H. maar met zijn band Maestoso mogen er ook wel wezen.

Nieuwe studioplaat in 2025. Ik kreeg deze email:
A big thanks to John for giving us a progress report on the forthcoming, brand new studio album from John Lees' Barclay James Harvest. Recording, at John's Friarmere studio, has taken a little longer than anticipated, partly due to other commitments such as rehearsals for the Huddersfield orchestral concerts, but also because the plan is now for an ambitious double album with a proggy, loose conceptual theme of 'time'.
These are the working titles of the songs already recorded:
Peace Like a River
Heard It All Before
Love
Snake Oil
Blood of Abraham
Magpie
Dust
Dust Overture
From Stars That Shine
End of Days
We should emphasise that these are only working titles, and may well change before release, which is expected to be in 2025, when recording, overdubbing, mixing and artwork are complete. It's safe to say, though, that the album will feature real Mellotron, as Jez has been using Woolly's original M400, as seen and heard on the Philharmonic! live set. The album title has not been confirmed yet - we'll keep you informed as work progresses.
