Ben niet echt (of echt niet) een liefhebber van Elton zijn muziek maar het album Goodbye Yellow Brick Road met het gelijknamige stuk als topper is prima te verteren.

Geen slecht idee, dit is mijn Elton John top-10.

Ik kan er even geen volgorde in aanbrengen, maar dit zijn zo mijn favorieten waar ik op kan komen.
De eerste 6 van dit lijstje zouden strijden om plek één.

Ik vind het best bijzonder te zien dat een heel aantal hiervan niet of amper genoemd worden. 6 nummers niemand en 3 nummers slechts 1 persoon om precies te zijn. Heb ik zo'n aparte smaak als het Elton Johns oeuvre aangaat? En ik ben zeker geen Elton John fan of kenner; ik heb alleen zijn meeste albums tot '76 geluisterd, omdat dat over het algemeen als zijn beste periode wordt gezien.

Enne ik ben een 80's boy, dus vandaar een ietwat oververtegenwoordiging daarvan en veel uptempo tracks.

Mooiste nummer vind ik Blue Avenue. De compositie ademt perfectie voor mij.
