Het valt me op dat velen nu al behoorlijk lange toplijsten kunnen maken en daar al redelijk hoge noteringen in hebben staan.
Zelf kan ik nu al met groot gemak een top 50 maken en daarin dan zelfs al met cd's er in die ik in bezit heb (een top 100 met alles wat ik gehoord heb en voldoende heb beoordeeld is zelfs al mogelijk en dat heb ik volgens mij nooit eerder zo gehad).
Een goed muziekjaar?! Voor mij zeker.

tot nu toe vond ik 2009 en 2007 muzikaal toch beter.

Dat denk ik elk jaar. Echter, het jaar daarna ontdek ik zoveel dat het jaar daarvoor is uitgebracht, dat ik het elk jaar moet bijstellen. Dit feit meegenomen, vond ik 2008 echt heel erg tof.

Heb dit jaar meer tijd om nieuwe muziek te checken t.o.v. 2009 dus wat mij betreft is het een prima jaar. Maar 2009 was voor mij dan ook wel een heel matig muziekjaar.

Ik kan nog niet echt een top 10 samenstellen, maar als ik terugkijk op het eerste halve jaar dan denk ik aan deze 6 albums, met MGMT als absoluut hoogtepunt.

Op dit moment kan ik ontzettend genieten van het onlangs uitgekomen Cerulean van Baths; je zou het kunnen vergelijken met Bonobo en Flying Lotus. Ook het nieuwe album van Wavves, King Of The Beach vind ik erg fijn klinken!
