Twaalf dagen na het plaatsen van mijn eerste top 10 van dit jaar vind ik het al tijd voor een update. Ik heb namelijk een nieuwe nummer 1! Het lijkt misschien een impulsieve actie, omdat ik dit album pas ken, maar ik ben ervan overtuigd dat dit album aan het einde van het jaar nog steeds erg hoog staat.

Onderin ook een nieuwe binnenkomer die eigenlijk leuk genoeg klinkt voor 4 sterren, maar kwalitatief helaas tekortschiet. Voor de eer toch een (tijdelijk) plaatsje in mijn top 10.

Persoonlijk vind ik dat dit album niet bij hun beste behoord. Niet echt een nummer die uithaalt zoals op de vorige album. Ik denk maar aan het nummer 'Spencer perceval', ze nemen op dit album wat gas terug. Maar toch blijft het één van mijn favoriete bands.

Dit is het eerste album dat ik van deze band leer kennen, dus heb ik ook nog geen vergelijkingsmateriaal. Ik ben nu gewend aan dit geluid en heb dus ook niet direct behoefte aan 'uithalen'. Maar misschien bevalt het me wel, dus ik ga het zeker eens proberen
