Uhu, ik volg goed waarom ie op de meeste Classic Rock playlists staat, maar mijn gezaghebbende bron zegt dat het eerder in het bakje (synth)pop/new wave valt. En daar ben ik het eigenlijk wel mee eens.

Ik heb me op mijn beurt dan weer verbaasd over bijvoorbeeld Emerson, Lake & Palmer - Karn Evil 9. Dat is zo prog-specialistisch en ver van het conventionele songformaat verwijderd (wat ik volgens mij ook ergens als criterium zag) dat het hier m.i. weinig te zoeken heeft.

Moraal van het verhaal: iets meer poging tot definitie van de grenzen kan misschien volgende keer geen kwaad.
