Ik denk dat ik één van de grootste Chic fans ben op deze site (al zeg ik het zelf ), maar in de sfeer van deze K.O. heeft het nummer van Willie veel meer funk in zich.
Die van Chic is geen (echte) funk, meer disco(funk), wat ook geweldig is.

@Poeha: Net als soul is funk moeilijk te definiëren. Disco is in mijn ogen voor een groot gedeelte voort gekomen uit funk. Misschien kun je wel het beste spreken van discofunk (zoals jij), maar misschien is dat ook dubbelop.
