Finale, en die duurt bijna twintig minuten. Het wordt hard tegen hard. Eerlijk gezegd had ik eerder nummers in de finale verwacht van de hoger gewaardeerde albums van YLT, maar dat maakt deze uitkomst eigenlijk wel zo leuk.

De eerste helft van de finale drijft op een killer-riff, het tweede deel blinkt uit door een opbouw van chaos naar structuur. Maar allebei zijn het topnummers die ook live steeds weer voor een apotheose zorgen.
In de finale wil ik het verdelen van de punten iets anders aanpakken. iedere stemmer mag 3 punten verdelen. Heb je een hele duidelijke favoriet, dan kun je die de volle 3 toe te kennen en de andere niets. Vind je dat de beide nummers behoorlijk aan elkaar gewaagd zijn, dan moet je toch kiezen welke je er 2 toekent en welke slechts 1.
De finale mag wat mij betreft maximaal 48 uur duren. Zondagmiddag hebben we dan een winnaar of juist een hoop chaos. In dat geval wijst de scheidsrechter van dienst wel een winnaar aan. Happy voting !
