Prachtig werk weer Marcel, echt onovertroffen die presentatie !!!

En een mooie winnaar....en van Nick Cave op 3 word ik ook alleen maar blij.

Nu eens kijken hoe the Knife zich in de finale van de MuMeLadder gaat houden....

Ondertussen werd eerder even gememoreerd aan een afnemende populariteit van The National, maar dit is toch ook voor het eerst dat Arcade Fire niet bovenin te vinden is. Sterker nog, voorheen altijd in de top 5, maar nu slechts eenmaal in de top 10 en ook maar net. No Cars Go zakt van plek 5 naar het rechterrijtje.

Zouden beide bands een hernieuwde energie aan kunnen boren met hun aankomende albums volgend jaar?

Heerlijk dat Silent Shout ternauwernood (net voor het afzwaaien) nog een Witte Trui mee huis neemt!!



Ik had er even een hard hoofd in toen Jigsaw lange tijd op 1 bivakkeerde, maar gelukkig is het allemaal goedgekomen. Goede kans dat we volgend jaar weer een nieuwe winnaar krijgen, wel zo leuk.

Onweerwolf enorm bedankt weer voor een zeer geslaagde editie van De Witte Trui. Ik waardeer het enorm dat je zoveel tijd in de organisatie van dit fantastische spel stopt. Om vandaag af te sluiten met een presentatie om je vingers bij af te likken. En na 4 jaar worden er nog altijd records verbroken, ik vind dit prachtig. Op naar 100 deelnemers zeg ik!

Edit: en op naar een top 10 klassering voor The Knife in de MuMeLadder! Wordt ook wel eens tijd dat ie daar gaat stunten .

Ik sluit me aan bij alle loftuitingen aan het adres van Onweerwolf en de tevredenheid over Silent Shout als winnaar

Ben vooral verbaasd dat Jubilee Street boven Fake Empire eindigt. De keldering van Bloodbuzz Ohio zag ik wel een beetje aankomen en bij Arcade Fire is het probleem nu vooral dat er niet meer 1 nummer is dat er voor iedereen bovenuit springt.

Zo! Dat was hem weer!

Tevens mijn dank voor alle lovende woorden van jullie kant, hier in het topic vandaag of via pm bij het inzenden van jullie lijstjes. It's much appreciated. Ik vind het erg fijn dat jullie hier massaal zoveel plezier aan beleven. Zonder dat was De Witte Trui natuurlijk nooit wat geworden. Maar ik doe het in de eerste plaats voor mezelf. Gewoon omdat ik het enorm leuk vind om te organiseren en de muziek te beluisteren. Ik vind het weer een geweldige lijst geworden en ik kan het iedereen aanraden om hem eens in z'n geheel te beluisteren. Het kan in 1 weekend.

De Witte Trui gaat uiteraard ook in 2017 weer door, ik zie jullie wel weer 'on the other side'.

Mooie winnaar, had er zelf geen punten voor over maar was wel mijn nummer 13 geloof ik. Hoewel ik Jigsaw iets beter vind, ben ik blij dat het niet twee jaar op rij dezelfde winnaar is.

Ben ook heel tevreden met de 11e plek voor Muse en die tijdelijke eerste plaats was toch het hoogtepunt van de dag.

Bloodbuzz is trouwens de enige finaleplaat die z'n laagste positie ooit bereikte dit jaar.
