Nu mijn best-of compilatie van Thin Lizzy... is best moeilijk. Heb hier thuis ook een paar best-ofs liggen, maar of het zijn teveel liedjes (als je er 16 moet kiezen) of mijn favo nummers staan er niet op. Hier issie in willekeurige volgorde:

Niet aanwezig . Outkast heeft zoveel goede nummers gemaakt dat je wel moeilijke keuzes moet maken.

Oh... Die wou ik er nog opzetten! Ongelooflijk dat ik dat niet heb gedaan! Dan vervang ik Cruising in the Lizzy Mobile door Chinatown. En dan zet ik Cruising in the Lizzy Mobile als bonustrack, want volgens mij is dat oorspronkelijk een b-side .

Das beter ja. Ik dacht altijd dat ik TL niet bijzonder vond, maar nu ik je lijstje zo zie hebben ze toch wel erg veel sterke nummers. Toch maar weer eens war LP's onder het stof vandaan halen.

Leuk lijstje van Thin Lizzy, Carow. Ik beschouw mezelf ook wel enigszins als fan van Lizzy. Vooral Live & Dangerous vind ik te gek.

Mijn lijstje gaat over Def Leppard (mijn favoriet). Mijn songkeuze wijkt nogal af van de Greatest Hits-compilatie die de band in 1995 uitbracht (alleen Photograph, Animal, Hysteria en Heaven Is uit mijn lijstje staan daarop). Ik heb nu overigens alle 177 nummers die de band ooit op cd/single/maxi heeft uitgebracht.

En nu heb ik me echt verschrikkelijk moeten inhouden, kan makkelijk door tot 40 briljante nummers

Voor Tool kun je geen best of album maken. Daar is de muziek niet voor gemaakt.

En een Meshuggah best off... met "I" erop of enig deel van Catch 33 is ook wat vreemd vind ik. Daar lenen deze platen zich totaal niet voor.

Ga niet zeuren, want eigenlijk vind ik Meshuggah al helemaal niet geschikt voor een best of, want je kan in mijn ogen beter van een paar bands tegelijk maken.

Maar ik heb Meshuggah gekozen, omdat dat de enige band is waar ik bijna alle nummers van ken en heb.

Toch grappig, ik ben een half jaar verder en nu zou ik heel andere nummers in een Thin Lizzy best-of compilatie zetten:
