Deerhunter - Don't Cry - maar eigenlijk is heel het album super!
Highlife - "Best Bless EP" - moeilijk om hier een favoriet aan te wijzen..
No Age - Fever Dreaming / Glitter
Owen Pallett - Lewis Takes Off His Shirt

Summer Camp - Round the Moon - de bijbehorende clip van dit nummer is subliem, maar ook het nummer is erg, erg goed!

The Tallest Man on Earth - "The Wild Hunt" - misschien A Lion's Heart? ..maar van dit album vind ik eigenlijk elk nummer fantastisch.
Tame Impala - Lucidity / I Don't Really Mind - mijn favoriete album van dit jaar, maar deze nummers springen er voor mij toch wel uit. Misschien dat de single "Solitude Is Bliss" ook nog wel in dit lijstje past..
TV Girl - If You Want It - dit nummer doet me wat denken aan Jens Lekman. Toffe sample ook!

De nieuwe van Kanye West heb ik nog niet gehoord, maar grote kans dat die er ook nog in komt te staan.
Ik vind dat een echte topper dit jaar nog wel ontbreekt, Wolgang Amadeus Phoenix uit 2009 staat bijvoorbeeld in mijn top 5 favoriete albums ooit. Ook het debuut van The xx, jj No. 2 en Album van Girls vind ik allen beter dan mijn nummer 1 van dit jaar.

Een update, Er is niet veel veranderd. Een paar kleine verschuivingen. En ik denk dat dit in ieder geval qua top 5 niet veel meer gaat veranderen.
Een verassende top tien als je nagaat dat ik Arcade Fire, The National, LCD Soundsystem, maar vooral Sun Kil Moon heel hoog heb zitten. Favoriete sounds van de afgelopen 5 a 6 jaar, maar komen nu niet in mijn top tien voor.
