Bestaat deze lijst nu al? . Sorry, maar ik ga niet voor deze lijst stemmen. Dat vind ik niet eerlijk tegenover de platen die vanaf vandaag tot eind 2019 worden uitgebracht. Pas in 2020 zal ik pas voor de lijst willen stemmen.

Ik ga nog wel een lijstje inleveren en in 2020 natuurlijk ook weer!
Kunnen de echte fanaten napluizen welke albums van de eerste 5,5 jaar de eindlijst hebben gehaald.

Daar ga ik nog wel een paar dingetjes uitpikken. Peaking Lights had ik toevallig de laatste dagen al aantal keer gedraaid en dat is inderdaad wel lijstjesmateriaal.
Twijfel of ik die zo kort dag al in mijn lijst ga opnemen, daar ga ik nog een paar dagen op broeien. Kindred komt er in ieder geval wel in

Outlaw104 mag ook wel een lijstje indienen.

Je hebt toch in eerdere decennia ook meegestemd? Is dat dan wel eerlijk tegenover de platen die je nog niet hebt beluisterd?

Tegenover de platen die ik nog niet beluisterd heb, aan de ene kant niet Herman. Daar wil ik je wel gelijk in geven. Maar iedere user stelt zijn lijst samen uit zijn beste platen die hij of zij gehoord heeft, neem ik aan. Ik kan ook niet een album op plek 4 of 5 neerzetten of een score toekennen als ik hem niet in zijn geheel heb gehoord. Iedere stemmer (waaronder ikzelf) zal op zijn favoriete albums stemmen, dat lijkt mij heel normaal.
Maar ik moet zeggen de 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's en 00's-lijsten bevallen mij goed. Ondanks ik pas in de jaren 80 ben geboren, scoren de jaren 80 en 90 het best bij mij.
En ja als ik moet zeggen wat mijn favoriete album van de laatste ruim 5 jaar is, 'Strangeland' van Keane staat nog in mijn persoonlijke top-10, maar 'Hand cannot erase' van Steven Wilson (, die de muziekkenners kennen als de leadzanger van Porcupine Tree (Ik schaam me er eerlijk gezegd een beetje voor, dat ik van die gehele band alleen Lazarus in mijn geheugen heb zitten),) doet het ook heel goed (Ik heb dat album vandaag nog eens opgezet) zou ook hoog scoren. En ja; 'Random access memories' van Daft Punk en 'Lost in a dream' van The War on Drugs zijn ook prachtige albums voor mij.

Mij niet, als ik bij RYM de albumcharts van de 10s filter op mijn 'vrienden', komt deze bovenaan terecht.
Let England Shake is een moderne klassieker en voor mij PJ's beste.
