Dan neem ik Moz op de koop toe

Ligt het aan mij of gaat het niet heel goed met Radiohead dit jaar, Reckoner eindigt ook weer aan de lage kant. Verder niet al te veel verrassingen. Roses van dEUS kan ik veel beter missen dan Suds & Soda. En met het diamantje heb ik weinig maar dat hij daar staat was wel te voorspellen. Jammer wel van de terechte 80's classic van BAP.

4/7 is natuurlijk prima maar ik mis wel mijn nummers 1(DM) en 2 (BAP) en dat is toch jammer.

3/7 gaat nog de goede kant op

Goed dat er geen afvallers door zijn; 4 matige nummers door lijkt me voldoende en zo is iig Fela safe en ATCQ nog kansrijk

De drie beste nummers (de rest was niet top-400waardig) alle drie eruit, waarvan twee op 8 en 9.

Het is zo'n sterke laatste ladder, dat 2 ervan die 2 onderste afvallers wel mogen verdringen.

Ik heb net het omgekeerde gevoel, namelijk dat elke scheet van Radiohead doorgaat. Er zitten volgens mij nog een stuk of 10 Radiohead songs in de top 400 wat veel te veel is

Er gaat altijd veel Radiohead door, vanaf de eerste editie al, maar ik heb de indruk dat het meeste dit jaar lager eindigt.

Bij Radiohead liggen vooral de prioriteiten verkeerd, met zeiknummers als Fake Plastic Trees en No Surprises door en een topper als Idioteque niet.

Die nummers zou ik alledrie in mijn radiohead top 10 zetten. En heb ik alledrie veel liever dan de drie vaste finalisten.

6/7 dus uitermate tevreden over de uitslag van ladder 50.

Verder scoren Prince, Kendrick Lamar, Stevie Wonder en Fela Kuti opvallend goed. Sowieso scoort de zwarte muziek goed, volgens mij hebben we nog nooit zo veel hiphop, soul en jazz in de top 400 gehad

Ik word het vrolijkst van de artiesten met 1 overgebleven nummer. Toch een beetje de overlevers tussen de grote troepen. Arcade Fire met 5 nummers is overigens niet gigantisch veel.

De beste nummers zitten voor mij in de afvallerslijst. Opvallend hoeveel fijne tracks al het onderspit moesten delven.

De laatste ronde is een slachtpartij op zich, met jammerlijke uitschakelingen van Bonnie Prince Billy (ik denk mijn laatste nominatie), Joni Mitchell en A Tribe Called Quest (die ik had kunnen redden. Auw.

No Surprises en Creep zijn de enige nummers van Radiohead die thuishoren in de top 400. De rest is zwak tot aan bagger toe.

Maar geen Billie Jean? Gelukkig dan wel 4x CCR door.
