Hoe dat excuusnummer van Metallica hier toch weet door te gaan terwijl veel betere nummers van hen al afgevallen is onbegrijpelijk.

Één van de weinige nummers van hen waarvan ik de post verzet als dit passeert. Middelmatige song die ik beu gehoord ben maar continu wordt gespeeld wanneer er iets van Metallica op de radio moet komen.

Om eens positief te zijn. De rest van de uitslag valt best mee, zeker als Nirvana het nog zou redden.

Een ladder met 7 nummers die vorig jaar ook in de top 400 stonden maar niet alle 7 zullen daar dit jaar ook te vinden zijn. Leonard Cohen, die met maar liefst 3 nummers in deze ladder terug te vinden was, zullen we daar met You Want It Darker in ieder geval niet meer terugvinden. En voor Michael Jackson gaat het afwachten worden, want momenteel staat ie als eerste onder de virtuele scheidslijn.
Tempations en CCR gaan we deze editie weer in de top 400 zien.

Het verschil tussen Avalanche en Famous Blue Raincoat vind ik wel vrij absurd.

Tsja dat is het risico van 3x Cohen in 1 ladder. Vind de Regenjas net ietsjes mooier, maar vooral een stuk toegankelijker. Avalanche is een van de donkerste nummers die ik ken, al maakt m dat voor mij juist zo goed. Beide top 100 aller tijden materiaal.

En mooi dat de Temptations de teloorgang van de soul iig tijdelijk halt toeroepen

Hopelijk voegen The O'Jays zich daarbij morgen.

Inderdaad, ik vind Avalanche zelfs wat beter (daar kon ik wel punten aan kwijt).

Een uitslag die in lijn ligt met hoe er vorig jaar gestemd werd behalve dan voor Santigold, die gaat een duikeling in de eindrangschikking maken. Verder scoren Gorillaz en BAP net hoog genoeg om voorlopig een plaats via de afvallerslijst te gaan claimen al is dat nog niet helemaal zeker want BAP staat nu als eerste boven de virtuele scheidslijn.
