Dat verbaast me. Nooit fan geweest van dit nummer.

Ik ben dan weer zo'n wannaba-true metalhead die zegt: hun oudste werk was het beste.
Ook ik vind Anathema soms te zoetsappig worden, maar toch, ik krijg nog steeds tranen in mijn ogen van een specifiek liedje van hun eerste EP die zoetsappiger is dan al hun latere werk bij elkaar: Everwake.

Dit nummer vind ik nog steeds fabelprachtig: die gitaarriff, pure bliss!
Al had 'The Storm Before the Calm' in de vorige ladder van mij ook nog wel een puntje (of misschien twee) gekregen, maar ik had even geen tijd. Had toch ook niks uitgemaakt.
