Het volk heeft gesproken. We willen vunzige 50's rock het zien opnemen tegen lieve 60's pop. Ga daar maar eens tussen kiezen. Opvallend in de 'road to the final' is dat beide songs een Connie Francis nr. 1-hit versloegen, en beide songs moesten 2x een Elvis song van zich af zien te schudden.
