Volgens mij zijn die albums verkeerd weer gegeven.
Van Led Zep heb ik een correctie ingediend.

Hier: Metro - Metro (1976)

Metro bestond uit Duncan Browne (Wild Places) en Peter Godwin (Images of Heaven). Op dit album staat het origineel van Criminal World, dat David Bowie op Let's Dance gecoverd heeft. En als erg grote Bowie-fan moet ik toegeven dat het origineel veel beter is,,,

Dan doe ik Led Zeppelin er uit en Metro er in.

We gaan van start met de Knock-Out: 1976. Het heeft mij veel meer moeite gekost om een lijst van 128 albums samen te stellen als voor het jaar 1977. Dat komt natuurlijk omdat 1977 veel meer te bieden had.
Iets over de loting; Ik heb twee groepen (A en B) samengesteld van elk 64 albums. Elk album in groep A (relatief veel stemmen) loot tegen een album van groep B(relatief weinig stemmen).
Dit heb ik gedaan om te voorkomen dat albums met zeer weinig stemmen tegen elkaar uitkomen met als gevolg onnodig veel 24 uurs regelingen. Het voordeel is natuurlijk ook dat topalbums in de eerste ronde elkaar niet kunnen treffen. Dat komt de spanning alleen maar te goede.
