Voor we beginnen met het muziek topjaar 1967 eerst nog even 1968. Niet zo'n sterk jaar i.m.o.

Ik heb 135 albums verzameld met 15 stemmen en meer en een gemiddelde vanaf 3,50, enkele uitzondering daar gelaten. Ik ben er nog niet uit of ik met 128 albums moet starten of met 96. 64 albums vind ik in ieder geval te weinig. Graag jullie mening daar over. Als er een belangrijk album ontbreekt, dan wil ik dat graag van jullie horen.

128 lijkt mij wel erg veel. Als ik zo de namen eens doorneem, zijn er toch behoorlijk wat onbekenden bij. Men maakt mij niet wijs, dat alle (eventuele) deelnemers alle albums uit het voorgaande bericht kennen.

64 is voor mij persoonlijk gewoon genoeg.

128 vind ik persoonlijk ook te veel. 64 albums zal echter weer een hoop discussies opleveren van deelnemers waarom dit of dat album er niet bij staat. Ik dacht dus aan 96 albums te verdelen over een voorronde van 32 albums en vervolgens een ronde van 64.
Maar goed, ik heb geen haast. Ik wacht gewoon jullie reacties verder af.

Persoonlijk vind ik 128 albums prima. Maar kan me voorstellen dat 96 misschien beter is. 64 vind ik dan weer te weinig voor zo'n interessant jaar.

Kwam zelf verder deze albums op het spoor die wat mijn betreft nog inbegrepen mogen worden:

Elvis Presley - NBC-TV Special (44 stemmen - ook een gemiddelde van 4.28)

Quicksilver Messenger staat al in de lijst.
Het album van John Lennon (1,60*) heeft een te laag gemiddelde.
Dat van Elvis Presley is een "live" album.
The Move en Status Quo zal ik aan de lijst toevoegen.

Vrijwel alles wat ik redelijkerwijs kon bedenken staat al in de lijst... of het zou het debuut van Herman van Veen moeten zijn. Maar die heeft met 3,22 (uit 27 stemmen) eigenlijk een te laag gemiddelde. Misschien nog Nederlandstaligheidsdispensatie?

128 albums vind ik verder prima. Het zal allicht niet zo vlot gaan, maar als je de 24-uursregel gewoon strikt handhaaft, ben je er na maximaal iets meer dan 2 maanden doorheen. We hebben geen haast en het geeft de geïnteresseerde tijd om nog eens een albumpje op proef te luisteren.

Ik vind 128 prima, maar er staat voor mij nauwelijks iets tussen dat me niets zegt. Daarnaast is het ook wel leuk als er nog wat te ontdekken valt. KO's die snel gaan verliezen al snel mijn interesse.

Overigens vind ik 1968 een sterker jaar dan 1967 gezien de albums van United States of America, Os Mutantes en nog een paar 5*-albums.
