maar waarom niet het origineel van Jimmy Boyd genomineerd?

Als het nummer nog niet in de lijst staat is het in ieder geval fijn dat er sowieso er eentje in staat. Als het origineel er al in staat heeft het volgens mij weinig toegevoegde waarde om er nog een cover bij te plaatsen (zie dus ook Last Christmas).

Behalve als de cover vele malen beter is dan het origineel (in het geval van Last Christmas zeker).

Geef mij Wham maar hoor

Wellicht zijn er voor de laatste plekken nog wat gegadigden maar van die suffe covers (zoals The xx) lijken me geen toegevoegde waarde voor deze lijst. Dan liever nummers die er nog helemaal niet in staan.

Ik wacht tot vanmiddag 14 uur en anders vul ik de 122 aan met de huidige reservelijst om tot 128 te komen. We moeten natuurlijk wel klaar zijn voor of met de kerstdagen. Op 27/12 zijn we al die kerstdeuntjes alweer spuugzat.

Is het een idee om zes mensen één reserve aan te laten dragen i.p.v. twee personen allebei drie? Ik zou I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus van The Ronettes nog wel willen toevoegen.
