Ja, een geweldige drie-eenheid!
Naast de vele connecties die je ongetwijfeld al kent, is het misschien ook wel leuk en noemenswaardig te noemen dat 'Exposure' en 'Peter Gabriel II' ofwel 'Scratch' een Nederlands sausje hebben, in de zin dat ze beide deels in 'Relight Studios' in Hilvarenbeek opgenomen zijn!

Ja, inderdaad! Zo ongeveer alles wat aan de hand van Fripp in de studio verscheen in de periode 1977-81 staat hier dus op, met vele outtakes, demo's, ruwe mixen, live-tracks en nieuwe mixen.

"Exposures" is a 32-disc box set that examines the period of Robert Fripp's career from 1977 to 1981, comprising the albums Exposure God Save The Queen / Under Heavy Manners, The League Of Gentlemen and Let The Power Fall In addition to these four albums, there are various versions of "Exposure," studio outtakes, and live Frippertronics and The League of Gentlemen performances.

The box also includes concert posters, flyers, concert tickets, promo photos, press kit, other memorabilia, as well as a 48-page album-sized booklet with previously unpublished photos and sleeve notes by Sid Smith, Al Okada and Declan Colgan.

Sinds mijn ontdekking van Exposure en The League Of Gentlemen, zo'n 26 jaar geleden, heb ik op een release als deze gehoopt. Dit is meer dan ik ooit had durven dromen. Veel meer. Geen woorden voor.
