Iedere gebruiker, waaronder jij, is vrij om een toplijst (min. top 10, max. top 30) aan te leveren. Zoals je kunt zien hebben tientallen mensen dit momenteel al gedaan. De 70's zijn naast punk en hardrock natuurlijk ook dé periode van de hier imo wat onderbelichte reggae, volwassen wordende soul, Afrobeat en funky jazz(/fusion).
Wel een kansloze opdracht, maar toch een snelle poging waarbij ik vast nog een hoop vergeet.

Uprising komt uit 1980, beste Minneapolis en ook het prachtige Avalon had geen kans gemaakt want die komt uit 1982. Wel een erg mooie gevarieerde lijst verder. Ben het met je eens dat er wel wat meer kleur in de meeste lijstjes mag zitten, er is zoveel meer dan rock.

Nog even aandacht hiervoor:
- Verschil tussen nummer 50 en 51 is slechts één punt!
- Momenteel staan er vier nieuwe albums in de top 10
- Van de albums die eruit vallen, heeft er eentje het bijzonder moeilijk
- Het verschil tussen Animals en The Wall is slechts vier punten
- Neil Young gaat opvallend goed dit jaar
- Er lijkt toch tenminste één Queen terug te gaan keren
- Binnen acht plekken staan twee keer Led Zeppelin en twee keer Deep Purple (en niet ergens onderin)

Tja, de reden dat er amper soul in mijn lijstje staat, is niet omdat ik de muziek niet mooi vind, maar domweg omdat die platen meestal niet op 5* staan bij mij, en dat heb je in mijn geval wel nodig om de lijst te halen. Moest dit topic over nummers ipv albums gaan, dan zou mijn lijstje toch wat gekleurder zijn, schat ik. Ik vermoed dat dit bij een boel andere mensen ook speelt.
Vanaf de 80s speelt dat element bij mij trouwens niet meer: Prince is een held van me en aan veel hiphopplaten kan ik wel de volle pot kwijt.
