Misschien maak ik ooit nog wel eens een top 100 van mijn favoriete nummers. Ik heb die al eentje gemaakt van hiphopnummers (hiphop is mijn favoriete genre) maar ik denk dat er in die top 100 algemeen verassend veel niet-hiphopnummers in zullen staan. Een reden voor mij om me nog meer te gaan verdiepen in andere genre's , gezien 6 van de 10 nummers in de net genoemde top 10 geen hiphopnummers zijn.

Wat schattig.

Sommige nummers betekenen gewoon iets voor je . Niet dat ik het opdraag aan mijn ma maar gewoon omdat het het beste nummer is dat ik ooit heb gehoord... Simple as that.

..en zo is dat .

Ik wilde het volgende al eerder bij de hiphop top 100 neerzetten, waar me dit ook al was opgevallen,

Het nummer is bij mijn weten géén 'erkende' popklassieker en toch vrij bekend (hitparade/commercieel wat dan ook). Daarmee is de overtuigd persoonlijke voorkeur voor mij wel onderstreept. Met de grote bekendheid, gevoelige tekst en titel is het bovendien makkelijk om af te kraken. Je moet er ook maar voor uitkomen, en dan niet als 'guilty pleasure', maar gewoon als je all-time favorite

Verdomd een van de weinige hiphopnummers die mij emotioneel heeft weten te raken.

Kortom: ik vind dit een zeer sterke nummer 1
