Inderdaad, mainstream-MuMe is nog altijd iets anders dan mainstream-Nederland.

En wees gerust, zelfs in de kleinste uithoekjes van de muziekwereld worden mensen wel weer van mainstream beschuldigd. Dus ook onder de mensen die op zijn naar die ene soundscape ontworteld uit het brein van een nerd uit Tokyo worden er mensen voor mainstream uitgemaakt.
Ik zelf doe daar op zijn tijd overigens graag aan mee, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat sommige mensen hun wenkbrauwen daarbij fronsen.

ik wacht nog steeds op de nieuwe Radiohead, telt dat ook 
/me loopt zo naar platenspeler om Pink Floyd - Ummagumma nog maar eens aan te zetten voor het slapen gaan.

Ik hou van muziek welke me iets doet, iets los maakt (en dat kan komen door emotie maar ook door een technisch knap staaltje).
En of dat nu die ene song met die ene soundscape ontworteld uit het brein van een nerd uit Tokyo is, of dat het de nieuwe single van Bon Jovi (al kan ik me dat dan weer nauwelijks voorstellen
) is; als ik het mooi vind, dan vind ik het mooi! Ja toch....
