Zoals jullie in verschillende bewoordingen hebben aangegeven is tien Australische liedjes bij zo'n breed thema wel heel beperkt! Dat is uiteraard zo en dat blijkt ook wel in deze eerste ronde. 44 lijstjes leverde maar liefst 215 verschillende tracks op. Daar zitten een aantal mooie ontdekkingen voor mij bij. Dank daarvoor.

9 tracks hebben 7 of meer stemmen dat is 1 te weinig dus we nemen degene met 6 stemmen er ook bij. Dan komen we uit op 16 toevoegingen voor de tweede ronde. Dat is wat veel maar zoals al geschreven werd het is natuurlijk van de gekke om zo'n groot en muzikaal rijk land in 20 liedjes te proppen.

vigil was wel een beetje bang voor een finale met alleen maar Crowded House, INXS, Cave en Men at Work . Van deze 4 komen we INXS en Cave twee keer tegen. Het is een afwisselende lijstje geworden misschien wel wat rock georiënteerd.
