week 46 van 2022 waarin Secret Shame op 1 blijft staan maar dat waarschijnlijk wel voor de laatste week met een paar snelle stijgers er vlak onder. Deze week wat tegenvallend qua binnenkomers, hoewel toch nog tot 4 weten te komen.
Ynes zag zichzelf vorig jaar nog als 'gods little punching bag', nu staat ze met meer zelfvertrouwen in m'n lijst. Zorgen dat ze ze populair wordt dat ze door anderen overrated wordt gevonden. Een lekkere punky rocker verwacht je dan en krijg je ook.
Hello Mary komt met de opvolger van Rabbit die bij mij #1 haalde. Het nieuwe nummer kende ik al van de KEXP sessie maar is nu toch echt nieuw met clip en al. Klinkt ook gewoon weer erg goed.
Fiep met haar 3e single, de 2e die mijn lijst haalt en de beste tot nu toe. Lekker pop/rock nummer.
Softcult blijft in hoog tempo songs droppen; ik merk dat ik lang niet alles meer interessant vind, het lijkt best veel op elkaar allemaal. De laatste mag dan toch weer wel in de lijst.

Shooting Rocket (sterkste stijger) van de week is Wolf van de Yeah Yeah Yeahs, wat een lekker ongecompliceerde banger is me dat, de 80s invloeden klinken heerlijk! Met Ren, de hoogste nieuwkomer, gaan we dan weer naar de 90s, zijn hiphop single is duidelijk een ode aan nummers als die van de Beasty Boys uit die periode. The Reytons duiken ook weer op, met een single die bij momenten heel hard op Kids Off The Estate lijkt, maar daar hebben we weinig op tegen. Verder ook nog vers materiaal van Surf Rock is Dead, The Blaze en STONE.
