Aardig te horen dat er toch ook nog andere MuMe'rs zijn waarvoor dit soort lijstjes klaarstomen zweet, tranen en bloed kost. Ik maak ondertussen wel van de gelegenheid gebruik om de achterstand wat weg te stemmen (...de edities voor de volgende jaren in gedachten... )

De 60's zijn voor mij, naast het opkomen van de "rock", ook goed voor heel wat heerlijke soul, steengoede jazz en stomende blues.
In de 70's kan ik niet voorbij de boom legendarische live albums met eindeloos uitgesponnen gitaarsolo's, enkele tientallen schitterende reggae platen en dankzij de punk invloeden, het startschot van de echte heavy metal. Verwacht van mij dus vooral geen prog-, noch MuMe-politiek correct lijstje.

Zoveel afwisseling in de lijstjes
En ik dacht dat ik de jaren 70 toch een beetje kende...

@Chevy, is het mogelijk om een beeld te krijgen van de spreiding per decennium, bijvoorbeeld door het totaal aantal genoemde albums te delen door het aantal ingediende lijstjes?
Mijn intuïtie zegt dat dit cijfer alsmaar zal toenemen van de jaren 60, 70, 80, 90 naar 00, ik ben benieuwd of dat klopt

Wat een gezanik weer. Dan doe je toch niet mee.

Persoonlijk, denk ik dat ik ook niet alle platen die ik heb gehoord, hier op de site een cijfer heb gegeven.
Maar mijn streven is om dat wel te doen. Daar is deze site toch ook voor?
Samen met Last.FM en mn platenkast en mn iTunes en Musicmeter heb ik een redelijk overzicht van de muziek die ik ken.

Ik kan je nu al vertellen dat dat inderdaad klopt. Je zult vaker een album van 'nu' proberen dan met terugwerkende kracht. Dat lijkt me ook niet meer dan logisch. Maar ik zal eens kijken of ik die statistiek op het einde kan verwerken.

Kun je ook eens kijken naar een jaartallen-ranglijst en een gemiddeld jaartal?
