De geruchten waren dacht ik voornamelijk ontstaan omdat Amanda Lear met een lage stem zingt. Maar als ik nu op wiki lees, lijkt het toch juist zeer waarschijnlijk dat zij wel degelijk als man is geboren en in de vroege jaren 60 een geslachtsoperatie ondergaan heeft...

Amanda Lear op nr.32. Verzoekje van Martial gaat morgen komen, maar ik constateerde dat Rudi S ook is aangeschoven hier. Welkom Rudi! Omdat ik dat wel waardeer, hier dan eentje die je vast leuk gaat vinden. Een gitarist die graag Keith Richards had willen zijn en voortkomt uit The New York Dolls. Een band die absoluut een voorloper was van de punkmuziek. Thunders begon uiteindelijk The Heartbreakers en dit was de single van zijn soloplaat So Alone. Tja, Thunders was geen zanger van huis uit - wat goed te horen is - maar de gemeendheid en het gevoel geeft het iets unieks. Johnny is overigens al heel lang niet meer onder ons. Een overdosis, maar moord blijkt ook niet helemaal uitgesloten.
